LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Bellevue University junior Bruna Bielski (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) has been named the Continental Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the CAC on Monday morning.
Bielski was the top offensive performer for the Bruins in their two games last week. The midfielder scored a hat trick in a 3-1 win over College of St. Mary and added an assist against #13-ranked Columbia College.
For the season, Bielski has now totaled seven goals and a pair of assists with two of the goals counting as game-winners. The award is the second of her Bruin career, having also picked up Player of the Week honors on Oct. 5, 2020.
Bellevue, with wins in two of their last three, looks to continue its strong play of late when they travel to Waldorf on Wednesday, Oct. 13 for a 5 p.m. kick-off against the Warriors at Bolstorff Field in Forest City, Iowa.
