BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Senior Michelle Dolder (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and sophomore Laurence Rodier (Quebec, CANADA) have been named North Star Athletic Association Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively, as announced by the NSAA.

Dolder was very active this past week for the Bruins. She scored three goals on five shots in an 8-0 win at York on Tuesday and followed that up by generating three shots in Bellevue's match at Jamestown on Saturday. She's the team's co-leader with eight goals on the year, ranks second in both points (18) and shots (27), and is tied for third with a pair of assists. The conference Offensive Player of the Week honor is the first of Dolder's career.

Rodier was strong in net once again, picking up her fourth shutout of the season in a 1-0 North Star victory at Jamestown on Saturday. She stopped all four shots she faced to lower her goals against average to .046 and up her save percentage to .897 on the year. It was the seventh shutout posted by the Bruins in their last eight matches. This is Rodier's third conference Defensive Player of the Week award and the second this season.

The Bruins currently sit at 8-3-0 (1-1-0 North Star) and are receiving votes in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll. The Bruins play later this afternoon at Presentation and return home on Tuesday to host Grace University at Bellevue Soccer Club at 4 p.m. for Senior Day.
