POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Juniors Jenica Bloom and Caitlin Stier have been named this week's Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's Players of the Week announced by the league office today.
Bloom recorded her second career hat trick on Saturday, netting three goals in the Bruins' 4-0 win against College of St. Mary. Bloom, who also registered a hat trick at Mills College last season, leads the team with nine goals this year.
Stier (10-3-0) notched her fourth shutout of the season last week. In the Bruins' win versus CSM, she recorded five saves.
The Bruins will host Oklahoma Wesleyan University on Sat., Oct. 27 at 12 p.m. in the final regular season game of the season.
