POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Bruin goalie Caitlin Stier was named the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's Defensive Player of the Week announced today.
Stier, who earned the honor three times last season, stopped all four shots against Clarke University in the Bruins' 2-0 win on Sunday.
The Bruins will open conference play with a 12:00 p.m. match scheduled against Central Baptist College on Sept. 29 in Conway, Ark.
