BISMARCK, N.D. -- For the third consecutive week, senior Dominika Gradecka has earned North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week honors for her performance last week in the Concordia Bulldog Spring Invitational.
Gradecka fired a 4-under 68 in the second round of the Concordia Spring Invitational (5,737-yards, par-72) to erase a six-stroke deficit and win the individual title (total of 90 golfers in the tournament) by three strokes over Iowa Wester's Luisa Gibson.
Gradecka finished the tournament at 4-over (80-68—148 strokes). The 4-under score from Gradecka is the best score, relative to par, by a Bruin golfer in program history. In the second round, she birdied a tournament single-best five holes, bogeyed one, and shot par on the other 12 holes.
Bellevue placed third as a team in the tournament.
The Bruins are currently competing in the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Oklahoma City.
