MADISON, S.D. -- For the seventh time this season and the ninth time in her career, sophomore Faustina Peve has been tabbed as the North Star Athletic Association's Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance last week at the O-City Spring Classic in Oklahoma City.
Peve led the Bruins to a fifth-place finish at the 13-team O-City Spring Classic played at the par-72, 5,920-yard Lincoln Park Golf Course. She finished the 54-hole tournament at 13-over par with rounds of 76, 76, and 77, which put her in a tie for 11th place in the 72-player field.
The Bruins will travel to Lincoln, Neb. on April 19-20 to participate in the Concordia Bulldog Spring Classic.
