MADISON, S.D. -- For the fourth time this season and the sixth time in her career, sophomore Faustina Peve has earned North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week honors for her performance at the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic.
Peve shot a total of 227 strokes (9-over par) in three rounds of the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Oklahoma City. She carded a first round score of 76 (4-over-par) and improved her score to 72 (even-par) in the second round. Peve finished her final round of 79 (5-over-par) to finish eighth overall in the field of 52 golfers. She helped the Bruins to a fourth-place finish in the eight-team field.
The Bruins wrap up their fall golf schedule on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 23-24, in the Dalton State Invitational in Dalton, Ga.
