Due to the spring snowstorm in the upper Midwest, this weekend's North Star Athletic Association softball series scheduled for Saturday and Sunday in Dickinson, N.D. has been pushed back a day to Sunday and Monday. The Bruins will take on Dickinson State in doubleheaders on Sunday starting at 2:00 pm (CST) and again on Monday at noon (CST).
All games will be played at the North Softball Complex in Dickinson. The Blue Hawks are currently 16-17 overall and 6-8 in NSAA conference play. The Bruins are 27-15 overall and 10-4 in league play
In addition, next Tuesday's non-conference home doubleheader with Hastings College has been canceled. Those games will not be made up.
On Wednesday (April 17), BU will host College of St. Mary at 6 p.m. in a single seven-inning game at Roy Smith Field in Omaha. The Bruins five seniors, Myah Boehnke, Kayla Lehigh, Erin Sharpe, Maddie Siedlik, and Kayla Young will all be honored prior to the start of the contest.
