In addition, the Bruins swept all of the 2009 special awards as junior forward \#Mark Heath-Preston\# was named the MCAC Offensive Player of the Year, junior \#Leon Kita\# earned MCAC Defensive Player of the Year honors, freshman \#Graeme Eaglesham\# was the MCAC Newcomer of the Year, and \#Matt Briggs\# was recognized as the MCAC Coach of the Year.
Joining Heath-Preston, Kita and Eaglesham on the first team were junior goalkeeper \#Sebastian Narvaez\#, junior defender \#Tom Dodds\#, senior midfielder \#Milan Ivanovic\#, junior midfielder \#Tom White\# and junior midfieder \#Ryan Cantello\#.
Second team Bruin selections included: freshman defender \#James Blair\#, junior midfielder \#James Evison\# and senior forward \#Mo Travis\#.
