KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2014 NAIA Baseball All-Americans, and Bellevue University's Kyle Kinman earned honorable mention honors.

Kinman batted .387 with 18 doubles, five triples, nine home runs, 66 RBIs and 11 stolen bases.

The Omaha, Neb., native led the nation in strikeouts with 141 and was named the MCAC Pitcher of the Year. He compiled an 8-4 record and a 1.85 ERA in 92.1 innings of work.

He was named the NAIA National Player of the Week on March 18 after striking out a school record 22 batters which was also the most in the NAIA this season.

Jose Ruiz of Oklahoma Wesleyan University was named the National Player of the Year.
