31 Bruins named Fall NSAA Scholar-Athletes
Thirty-one Bellevue University student-athletes earned North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) Fall Scholar-Athlete honors in an announcement made today by the conference office.
MADISON, S.D. -- Thirty-one Bellevue University student-athletes earned North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) Fall Scholar-Athlete honors in an announcement made today by the conference office.
A total of 386 student-athletes from the league's nine member institutions earned NSAA Scholar-Athlete recognition.
The 386 recipients, participating in football, volleyball, men's and women's soccer and men's and women's cross country were recognized for their outstanding achievements in the classroom and on the playing field.
To be eligible for selection to the Academic NSAA Scholar-Athlete squad, a student-athlete must have achieved a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, to be eligible, a student-athlete needs to have participated in a junior varsity or varsity game (freshman redshirts excluded).
