OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Jordyn Seidel's 47th minute goal was all the offense in this one as the Bellevue University women's soccer team netted a 1-0 road win over Oklahoma City University in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon at Stars Field.

The win was Bellevue's third in their last four games as the Bruins move above the .500 mark at 5-4-0 while Oklahoma City falls to 2-5-0 on the year.

Despite owning a sizable 9-3 edge in first half shots, BU went into the halftime break scoreless with Oklahoma City.

BU didn't have to wait long in the second half to get on the board. In the 47th minute Michelle Dolder and Kylie Taylor teamed up to get Seidel the ball for the eventual game-winning goal. The goal was Seidel's fourth of the season while the assists were the second of the year for Dolder and the first for Taylor.

Bellevue out-shot the hosts 17-6 in this one which included a 9-3 advantage in shots on goal. Corner kicks were even at three apiece.

Laurence Rodier stopped all three shots on goal she faced to earn her second clean sheet of the season. The Stars' Kirsten Thomas made saves on eight of nine BU shots on goal.

Bellevue will enjoy 10 days off before returning to the pitch on Tuesday, Oct. 4 for a 2 p.m. non-conference match at Central Christian College in McPherson, Kan.
