BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Bellevue University softball coach Michala Cimino announced today that the Bruins' North Star Athletic Association double-header against Dakota State University has been moved up a day.
The Bruins (20-13/6-2 NSAA) will now host Dakota State (10-16/4-4 NSAA) tomorrow, Apr. 6 at Omaha South's softball complex. First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m.
The games were originally slated for Wednesday but inclement weather in the forecast prompted both coaching staffs to agree to a change.
Bellevue split a four-game series over the weekend at Viterbo while the Trojans swept a four-game series on the road at Waldorf.
