HARRISBURG, Pa. -- The Bellevue University Overwatch team swept through three matches on the first day of the Harrisburg University Esports Invitational.

Bellevue did not lose a game in sweeping their three opponents. Kyle Koeller, John Eribacher, Gabriel Lopez, Michael Spears, Alex Scott, and Nicolas McCormick comprised the Bruin squad.

BU began the day with a 2-0 victory over Lebanon Valley College before going on to defeat The College of Saint Rose by a 2-0 margin as well. Highlighting the CSR match was a 13-kill streak by Kyle Koeller.

Bellevue wrapped up day with a 2-0 triumph over Shenandoah to advance to the final stage unbeaten.

The Bruins will compete in tomorrow's quarterfinal round at 9 a.m. The semifinal round is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. and the Championship will conclude the day's action at 8:30 p.m. Pairings will be announced later Friday evening.
