BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Hope Lambrecht recorded the most kills by a Bruin this season to lead the 19th-ranked Bellevue University volleyball team to a 3-1 (25-16, 28-30, 25-20, 25-21) victory over visiting Presentation College on Tuesday evening in a battle of two of the top three teams in the North Star Athletic Association standings at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center.

With the victory Bellevue has now run off 11-straight victories to improve to 17-3 overall and remain undefeated in NSAA play with a 5-0 mark.

The loss sees Presentation drop back-to-back matches for the first time this season and fall to 12-5 overall and 3-2 in league play.

Hope Lambrecht paced the Bruins with 21 kills, a season- and career-high, on a staggering .514 hitting. Additionally, Lambrecht matched a season-high with six blocks on the evening.

As a team Bellevue hit .218 at the direction of setter Maddie Squiers' 53 assists. Squiers notched her team-leading ninth double-double, adding 12 digs to support her fifth 50-assist match.

Shayla Scanlan joined Lambrecht in double figures with 13 kills – her fifth 10-kill match in the Bruins' last six – and matched a season-high with seven blocks. Rachel Wald contributed nine kills, Mikaylah Gillespie added eight kills, and Andrea Carson chipped in seven on the night.

Bellevue was out-dug for just the second time this season as PC racked up 68 digs to the Bruins' 60. Cheyenne Mahnke paced the BU defensive effort with 18 digs.

Offensively, Presentation hit .161 as a team with Kayla Wolfe leading the way with 12 kills on .320 hitting. Olivia Stet and Amber Cline joined Wolfe in double-digits. Maddie Goetz (21) and Abigail Wahl (19) combined for 40 of PC's 42 assists.

Four-time NSAA Defender of the Week Joely Roe led the Saints with 23 digs while Mallori Rabenberg dug 11 balls for Presentation.
