FOREST CITY, Iowa -- The Bellevue University volleyball team capped the 2015 regular season with a 3-0 (25-16, 25-22, 25-21) sweep at Waldorf College Friday night in North Star Athletic Association action at Hanson Fieldhouse. 

The Bruins improved to 21-16 overall and 3-3 in the NSAA. Waldorf dropped to 9-26 on the season and 2-6 in conference action. 

The NSAA Tournament pairings and times will be released on Monday, Nov. 2.

Freshman Shayla Scanlan led the Bruins with 11 kills on .526 hitting. Senior setter Beth Walker recorded her team-leading 26th double-double, matching Scanlan with 11 kills, while adding 23 assists, seven digs, two blocks and a service ace.  

Walker directed the BU offense to a .215 attack percentage, while the Bruin defense held Waldorf to a .133 hitting clip. 

Sophomore Taylor Holz anchored the Bruin defense, collecting a match-high 22 digs and three service aces.
