Playing Career at UNO:
Michaels comes to Bellevue following a successfull playing career at the University of Nebraska Omaha where she was a three-year starter at center back for the Mavericks. Upon her arrival in 2013, UNO was in their second season as an NCAA Division I program. During her career, Michaels helped the Mavericks improve and become more competitive in the Summit League. She shared the team lead in assists in 2015.
A native of Kansas City, Mo., Michaels graduated from UNO in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications with concentrations in both Public Relations and Advertising.
