Day 1 Results
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- The Bellevue University women's golf team is in fourth place with a team score of 344 after the first day of competition at the Unaffiliated Tournament at Lincoln Park.
Ana Laura Gomez is tied for fourth place, pacing the Bruins with a first round score of 79. Christina VonRiesen also placed in the top 10, recording a score of 82 which puts her in eighth place. Dawn Florance is currently in 21st after shooting a score of 89.
Other Bruin golfers included Jayme Harmelink who is in a tie for 25th place with a score of 94 while Taylor Byers is tied for 27th and registered a first day score of 95.
Southwestern College leads the tournament field with a score of 322.
The tournament will conclude on Tuesday with a 9 a.m. start.
